Our Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) establishes the manufacturing process guidelines and determines the customers’ expectations and requirements. We identify, eliminate or control potential quality concerns upfront through cross-functional feasibility and FMEA review processes.

• Automated measurement of the high precision tolerances profiles that include 100% camera inspection of the product with individual part record reviewed and maintained.

• Full complement of inspection, measurement & test equipment, and Vision Systems
